Delores Fern Thompson

Delores Fern Thompson, 82, of Zanesville passed at 1:20 PM Thursday, April 29, 2021 at the Genesis Hospice Morrison House.
She was born on Saturday, November 26, 1938 in Zanesville, Ohio the daughter of the late Denzil Roberts and Margaret McCoid Roberts.
Delores was a past member of Eagles FOE #32, Muskingum County Democrat Club, and was a Girl Scout advisor.
She is survived by, four daughters, Ronde Davis, Rebecca (Tim) Shumaker, Sheila (Dave) Danison, and Darlene (Duane) Sears; ten grandchildren; nineteen great grandchildren; 4 great great grandchildren; a sister, Ruth (John) Minosky; a brother, Joe (Loretta) Roberts; and many nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, Delores was preceded in death by her husband, Ronald Ray Thompson; a daughter, Jode Lynn Thompson; a brother, Bill Roberts; and four sisters, Bonnie Stouder, Martha Sidwell, Gloria James and Teresa Schiele.
Visitation from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM on Sunday, May 2, 2021 at the Bryan & Hardwick Funeral Home. Funeral service will be held at 2:30 PM on Monday, May 3, 2021 at the Bryan & Hardwick Funeral Home with Bishop Michael Rupe officiating. Burial will conclude at the St. Paul Lutheran Cemetery.
