So sorry to hear of Jims passing. Please accept my deepest condolences. I always enjoyed talking to Jim and Janet at the Barn, and talking sports over a couple of cold ones. I watched a lot of NFL drafts with them. The last one that comes to mind was when the Browns drafted Kellen Winslow JR. and the Steelers,(my team),drafted Big Ben. He was madder than hell at the Browns and told me the Steelers had an awesome pick. Boy was he right He will be truly missed as was your mom.

What great memories I have of growing up with Mark and the Mees family with all our sports activities. Mr. Mees was always so supportive of all us kids and never boastful of the fact his son Mark was the greatest tennis talent this town has known!! Spirited sports talks were as certain as the many laughs we would share when I would see Mr. Mees. Sympathies and much love to Mark, Dee and Debbie. I am so sorry for your loss. Jb

One of my fondest memories of living in Zanesville was working with Jim and
the Far North Biddy Football program in the 60's and 70's. His efforts and energy
in assisting the young boys in the program was a wonderful example for all
involved in the program. A great booster for the young boys of Zanesville.

My deepest sympathy to Debbie, Dee and Mark and families. I worked for Jim and Ed at Mee's Floorcovering as a high school senior. Jim was one of the kindest people I ever met as was your mother.
