Kenneth “Kenny” F. Spragg , 90 of Zanesville died at 5:00 PM Tuesday, June 12, 2018 at the Grant Medical Center following injuries sustained in a fall.
He was born August 5, 1927 in Sonora, Ohio the son of William and Gladys Baker Spragg.
Kenny was a member of the Sonora United Methodist Church and an Army WWII Veteran. He had worked at Mosaic Tile for many years & then later worked at G.E. Distribution Center where he retired. Kenny was also a member of the Malta Lodge #118, Eastern Star and the Scottish Rite. He enjoyed Golfing, Bowling, Fishing and Camping.
He is survived by his wife of 72 years, Wava Jean (Brock) Spragg; his children; Nancy Diane (David) Oliver, Vickie Darlene Garrett & Gregory Lynn (Cheryl) Spragg; Grandchildren, Steve (Carolyn) Oliver, Chris (Sarah) Oliver, Kaleigh (Cedric) Harris, Tyler Spragg and Toby Littick; Great grandchildren, Olivia Oliver, Cruz Harris and Caz Harris; several nieces & nephews.
Kenny was preceded in death in addition to his parents by two brothers, Eldred Spragg & Richard "Doc" Spragg.
Friends may call 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM with Masonic service at 12:45 PM Saturday, June 16, 2018 at the Bryan & Hardwick Funeral Home where funeral service will follow at 1:00 PM with Pastor Roger Morrow officiating. Burial with Military Honors will conclude at the St. Paul Cemetery, Sonora.
Memorial contributions can be made to the Sonora United Methodist Church or to the Kidney Foundation.
